Gleeka’ which means “Sweets” in Greek is a new line of Greek Pastries created by Stephanie Ziemer.
After years of cooking with her Greek mother and YiaYia, Stephanie began to experiment with recipes passed down through several generations of her family.
Gleeka’ is the culmination of her efforts. Gleeka’ pastries are made from scratch in small batches with the finest ingredients.
Locally sourced ingredients including honey are used when available.
