All GLEEKA pastries are made from scratch in small batches with the finest ingredients. Locally sourced, organic ingredients are used when available. No preservatives, artificial colors or additives are used.

Unbleached flour, vegetable oil, honey, walnuts, refined sugar, citrus, cinnamon, clove and organic eggs.
Paximathia:
Unbleached flour, Plugra butter, vegetable oil, walnuts, refined sugar, organic eggs, citrus, Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, anise seeds.
Kourambiedes:
Unbleached flour, Plugra butter, organic eggs, almonds, refined sugar, confectioner’s sugar, citrus, Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
