Baklava
Description
(Bak – la – va) – Lightly buttered sheets of filo pastry layered with freshly chopped walnuts, cinnamon, clove and sugar then baked to a crisp golden brown. A delicate simple syrup infused with citrus and cinnamon tops off this decadent dessert.

Melomakarona
Description
(Mel – ō – ma – car – o – nah) – Fragrant, satisfying cookies baked to a deep golden brown before being dipped in warmed honey then topped with freshly chopped walnuts, cinnamon and clove-infused sugar.

Unbleached flour, vegetable oil, honey, walnuts, refined sugar, citrus, cinnamon, clove and organic eggs.
Kouriambiedes
Description
(Koor – am – bē – e – this) – Somewhere between a butter cookie and a shortbread, my Kouriambiedes are made with Plugra butter, Nielsen-Massey bourbon vanilla and toasted almonds. A dusting of confectioner’s sugar finishes off these buttery treats.

Paximathia
Description
(Paks – ē – mah – thee – ah) – The Greek version of an Italian biscotti. Paximathia are twice baked aromatic cookies softer in texture than a biscotti. Delicately flavored with fresh lemon zest and anise seeds, these cookies are perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.
